Highly entertaining 80s cult classic and surely one of the best horror comedies to date. Extremely fast-paced and action-packed, suspenseful and atmospheric, full of hilarious black humour, brilliant gore, terrific-looking zombies amusing characters and superfunny dialogue, plus: a totally unexpected kick-ass ending.
A must-see for evrry zombie- and 80s-fan!

An extremely weak sequel which is completely unable to hold a candle to the original. The first 15-20 minutes are pretty ok, but then afterwards it goes downhill at a great pace. Unfunny gags, boring-looking zombies, mediocre actors, no suspense, no atmosphere. Rubbish.

Holy shit, what the fuck was that? Seriously, this is surprisingly even better than the amazing part 1 and IMO one of the best non-Romero zombie flicks ever made. Yuzna had the guts to omit the comedy and turn the franchise into a ravishing and emotional zombie love story with loads of ingenious-looking gore, fantastic-looking zombies and terrific effects, with a high amount of tension and some pretty good actors. Absolutely amazing!

Holy shit, what the fuck was that? Seriously, this is surprisingly even better than the amazing part 1 and IMO one of the best non-Romero zombie flicks ever made. Yuzna had the guts to omit the comedy and turn the franchise into a ravishing and emotional zombie love story with loads of ingenious-looking gore, fantastic-looking zombies and terrific effects, with a high amount of tension and some pretty good actors. Absolutely amazing!

One of the most unnecessary sequels from the last decade. Full of horribly unnerving actors and annoying dialogue, lame-looking zombies and poor-looking gore. In the first hour there's actually nothing, absolutely nothing happening, and then the final half hour is just disappointing with an unimpressing zombie attack and a dumb ending. he Only thing I like about this film is Aimee-Lynn Chadwick - not that she's a good actress, she's just the least worst thing in this mess.

Ellory Elkayem did it again with another stupid and completey unnecessary sequel.
Cons: every single acting performance, every single 'funny' dialogue line, the over-use of the word Brains, horrid 90s techno music, a lame plot, lame-looking zombies and all the ugly settings that scream "Let's try to make Romania look like USA"
Overall: lousy and forgettable.
